Following the Government’s latest announcement, we wanted to let you know that we will continue to remain open and trading with the required and recommended Covid-19 safety measures in place. If anyone has symptoms, they must not visit our Branches but self-isolate and follow the guidelines. Otherwise Customers are encouraged to use our website to order deliveries, or click and collect orders as well as call us or visit our Branches to buy the products they need. Social distancing remains in place as well as wearing of masks in shops (unless exempt) and certain number restrictions in our shops to keep everyone safe.

Following the Government’s latest announcement, we wanted to let you know what we are continuing to do to keep our staff and customers safe.
We are still operating very much business as usual, however, from today, our staff working in our shops will be wearing a face covering
We politely remind any visitors to our premises to:
(1) Wear a face covering when inside the shop at all times
(2) Maintain social distancing at all times
(3) If displaying any symptoms please stay at home (our staff will be doing the same).
(4) Use the hand sanitiser provided when entering our shops
(5) We understand not everyone can wear a face mask but please help us by advising our shop staff that you have an exception or be prepared for when we ask you. We are trying to make sure everyone (staff and customers) feel comfortable in our shops.

With our branches, shops and counters now open for drop in business, we are operating to a different set of challenges as we cannot predict how many customers will turn up at any given time. For that reason you will notice that sometimes you can drive straight into a branch whereas at other times, you will have to wait outside until there is space for you. We know this can be frustrating, only allowing limited numbers of people inside our shops but we are doing our utmost to comply with present health guidlelines. Thank you for your understanding in these tricky times, your patience is appreciated as we continue to strive to offer you the best possible service as well as keeping all staff and customers as safe as possible.

We have partially opened all 4 of our branches now, with reduced staff numbers in each location to ensure social distancing. With this in mind the collection service we offer is based on pre agreed orders only and these collections need to be booked in advance, allowing only one vehicle into a branch at a time. Please do not turn up to a branch on the off chance but do call or place your order online and we will then contact you to arrange your collection time. With regards to deliveries we are experiencing longer lead time due to the levels of demand so your understanding is appreciated.

Following Government guidelines we are here to support Tradespeople that require materials for essential maintenance and services. Our Branches are closed to the public and only Forest Row Branch will offer a collection service in Branch (pre-agreed orders only). This is on a one vehicle in our yard at a time system, so please wait for a call letting you know when the order is ready for collection and to expect a possible delay. All of this relies on a skeleton staff who are doing their best to help, working under carefully managed conditions, so please bear with us.
